The electronics of all transmitters with explosion protection, even for the flameproof variant, are intrinsically safe. Thus it is possible to make adjustments on the instrument in EX areas while the instrument is live.</p>
<p><strong>Versatile in application<br />
</strong>The DPT-10 is suitable for many industrial measuring requirements, such as flow measurement using differential pressure elements, level measurement or filter and pump monitoring. With diaphragm seals fitted, the DPT-10 <strong>differential pressure transmitter </strong>is also suitable for harsh process conditions. As a result of the available measuring ranges of 0 &#8230; 10 mbar up to 0 &#8230; 40 bar and a static pressure limitation of up to 420 bar, the instrument can be used in almost any application. The internal digital signal processing, combined with proven sensors, guarantees high accuracy and the best long-term stability.</p>

<p>There are seven different housing variants available for the DPT-10 <strong>differential pressure transmitter </strong>and thus, it is possible to select a variant suited to every operating environment. The housing itself can be rotated through 330° and is available in plastic, aluminium and stainless steel. An electropolished stainless steel housing (316L) is available to meet the high demands of the food industry and pharmaceutical industry.</p>
<p><strong>Easy configuration and operation</strong><br />
Service and configuration at the DPT-10 <strong>differential pressure transmitter </strong>is carried out using the optional display and operation module, which can be fitted in four positions. The operation menu has a simple and self-explanatory structure and has nine selectable languages as standard. Alternatively the operating parameters can be set using the PACTware<img src="https://s.w.org/images/core/emoji/14.0.0/72x72/2122.png" alt="™" class="wp-smiley" style="height: 1em; max-height: 1em;" /> free and non-proprietary configuration software. An instrument-specific DTM enables easy integration into a corresponding Distributed Control Systems.</p>

The model UPT-2x process transmitter has been developed for applications which require an intelligent sensor. Particularly the integrated temperature compensation makes the process transmitter interesting for a wide range of applications.</p>
<p>The measuring cell is made of stainless steel 316L or of a combination with high-quality Elgiloy<sup>®</sup>.</p>
<p>The case is rotatable by 330° and the LC display can be mounted in different positions, displaceable in 90° steps. The LC display is easy to read in any mounting position, even from a distance of up to 5 m.</p>

<p><strong>Reliable</strong><br />
The WU-2x series combines state-of-the-art digital transducer concepts with analogue-like output signals, in order to provide the safest and most accurate pressure measurements necessary for today’s market requirements.</p>
<p>Pressure measurement, based on a true vacuum reference, and electronic measures for interference shielding and signal noise cancellation ensure high-accuracy pressure measurement and excellent long-term stability.</p>
<p>Active temperature compensation reduces the impact of changing temperatures on the transducer, allowing safe operations even in applications with high fluctuations in temperature, e.g. Joule-Thomson effect in the case of gas expansion.</p>
<p>WU-25 (flow through) and WU-26 (surface mount) trans ducers are specifically designed to sustain torsion-applied stresses often incurred during installation. The special design of the thin-film sensor eliminates the risk of sensor failure due to loads at the process connection or welded joints.</p>

<p><strong>Versatile</strong><br />
The WU-2x transducer can be readily installed in indoor or outdoor systems as well as in non-flammable or potentially flammable areas. The hermetically sealed design of the WU-2x prevents the ingress of humidity.</p>
<p>Approvals for non-flammable and potentially flammable environments ensure a high level of product safety. Instruments for temperature class T6 meet the high requirements for low, spontaneous ignition temperature media (phosphine (PH3) and silane (SiH4)).</p>
<p><strong>Compact</strong><br />
With its small footprint the WU-2x is the most compact UHP transducer in the market. Thus it is optimally suited for installation in applications with limited mounting space, and even in existing plants it can be easily retrofitted.</p>

<p>All wetted parts are made of stainless steel and are hermetically welded. Therefore there is no need for additional sealing material, which could possibly react with the pressure medium.</p>
<p><strong>Bustechnology<br />
</strong>The integrated interface has been designed according to the CANopen<sup>®</sup> specification DS-301 of the user organisation CiA. The device profile DS-404 which is used here, has been specially designed by the CiA for the use in measuring and control instruments. This guarantees the compatibility with other CANopen<sup>®</sup> systems according to CiA specification.</p>

<p>A galvanic isolation of the output signal can be offered as an optional extra.</p>
<p>The D-2X-9 supports, among others, LSS, Node Guarding, Heartbeat, synchronous and asynchronous data transmission.</p>
<p>The Baud rate can be adjusted from 20 K Baud up to 1 M Baud. Configuration via a DIP switch is offered as an optional extra.</p>

<p align="LEFT">It is particularly suitable for the special conditions of CIP/SIP cleaning processes, such as chemical stability towards cleaning liquids and high temperatures.</p>
<p align="LEFT">The flush diaphragm is directly welded to the process connection. This guarantees a crevice-free connection of the process connection and the measuring cell so that additional sealings are not required. For dead-space free instrumentation, aseptic process connections (clamp, threaded, VARIVENT ® and NEUMO®) are available.</p>
<p align="LEFT">The SA-11 pressure transmitter is ideally suited to fulfil the stringent demands of sanitary applications and is EHEDG certified. Furthermore, the SA-11 is marked with the 3-A symbol and current version number, as it conforms, based on a third party verification, to the 3-A standard.</p>

<p><strong>Design</strong></p>
<p>A diaphragm made of 1.4435 stainless steel forms a flush separation of the process medium from the pressure measuring instrument.</p>
<p align="LEFT">The process pressure is transmitted hydrostatically from the diaphragm, via an FDA-approved system fill fluid, to a piezo-resistive sensor.</p>
<p align="LEFT">The measuring range covers 0 &#8230; 250 mbar up to 0 &#8230; 25 bar.</p>
<p align="LEFT">The SA-11 pressure transmitter is powered with a DC voltage of 10 (14) &#8230; 30 V. Available electronic output signals are 4 &#8230; 20 mA, 0 &#8230; 20 mA or 0 &#8230; 10 V output.</p>
<p align="LEFT">A stainless steel case with an ingress protection of up to IP 68 offers a secure protection for external cleaning with splashed water and enables its use in high-humidity environments. Through the integrated cooling section, process temperatures of up to 150 °C can be realised.</p>

<p><strong>Leading in design and functionality</strong><br />
The <strong>electronic pressure switch</strong> model PSD-4 pressure switch represents the extensive further development of the<a href="https://www.wika.co.uk/psd_30_psd_31_en_co.WIKA" target="_self" rel="noopener noreferrer">PSD-30 </a> <strong>electronic pressure switch</strong>, itself already awarded with the “iF product design award” for its outstanding functionality. A high accuracy of 0.5 %, freely configurable output signals (PNP/NPN, 4 &#8230; 20 mA/0 &#8230; 10 V), the 5:1 scalability of the analogue output, in addition to outstanding self-diagnostics, make the PSD-4 an excellent automation solution.</p>
<p><strong>Customised installation</strong><br />
The installation of the PSD-4 can be flexibly adapted to the individual mounting situation. Due to the almost unlimited rotation of the digital display and case by more than 300°, the digital display can be adjusted independently of the electrical connection. The digital display can thus always be aligned to face the operator, and the M12 x 1 connection positioned to suit the desired cable routing.</p>

<p><strong>High quality</strong><br />
During development of the WIKA switch family a high value was placed on a robust design and the selection of appropriate materials suited to machine-building applications. For this reason the case and the threaded connection of the electrical connector are made from stainless steel. Overwinding or tearing off the connector is therefore virtually impossible.</p>
<p><strong>IO-Link 1.1</strong><br />
With the optional output signal in accordance with the IO-Link communication standard, the PSD-4 <strong>electronic pressure switch</strong> allows a fast integration into modern automation systems. IO-Link offers simpler and faster installation, parameterisation and higher functionality for the PSD-4.</p>
