										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>The <strong>thermocouples and resistance thermometers</strong> are reliable and safe instruments for measuring temperature. They are made of high-quality materials for tolerance class 1 and up to 1/10 din with precision ± 0.03° C to 0° C.</p>
<p>The <strong>thermocouples</strong> work on the basis of the Seebeck effect: in a circuit formed by two metal conductors, when the junctions are at different temperatures, in the circuit circulates current produced by an electromotive force whose magnitude is directly proportional to the temperature difference between the two junctions.</p>
<p>The<strong> resistance thermometers</strong> operate on the basis of the resistance value as a function of temperature, fusing resistance changes in proportion to temperature changes.</p>

The model UPT-2x process transmitter has been developed for applications which require an intelligent sensor. Particularly the integrated temperature compensation makes the process transmitter interesting for a wide range of applications.</p>
<p>The measuring cell is made of stainless steel 316L or of a combination with high-quality Elgiloy<sup>®</sup>.</p>
<p>The case is rotatable by 330° and the LC display can be mounted in different positions, displaceable in 90° steps. The LC display is easy to read in any mounting position, even from a distance of up to 5 m.</p>

The electronics of all transmitters with explosion protection, even for the flameproof variant, are intrinsically safe. Thus it is possible to make adjustments on the instrument in EX areas while the instrument is live.</p>
<p><strong>Versatile in application<br />
</strong>The DPT-10 is suitable for many industrial measuring requirements, such as flow measurement using differential pressure elements, level measurement or filter and pump monitoring. With diaphragm seals fitted, the DPT-10 <strong>differential pressure transmitter </strong>is also suitable for harsh process conditions. As a result of the available measuring ranges of 0 &#8230; 10 mbar up to 0 &#8230; 40 bar and a static pressure limitation of up to 420 bar, the instrument can be used in almost any application. The internal digital signal processing, combined with proven sensors, guarantees high accuracy and the best long-term stability.</p>

<p>There are seven different housing variants available for the DPT-10 <strong>differential pressure transmitter </strong>and thus, it is possible to select a variant suited to every operating environment. The housing itself can be rotated through 330° and is available in plastic, aluminium and stainless steel. An electropolished stainless steel housing (316L) is available to meet the high demands of the food industry and pharmaceutical industry.</p>
<p><strong>Easy configuration and operation</strong><br />
Service and configuration at the DPT-10 <strong>differential pressure transmitter </strong>is carried out using the optional display and operation module, which can be fitted in four positions. The operation menu has a simple and self-explanatory structure and has nine selectable languages as standard. Alternatively the operating parameters can be set using the PACTware<img src="https://s.w.org/images/core/emoji/14.0.0/72x72/2122.png" alt="™" class="wp-smiley" style="height: 1em; max-height: 1em;" /> free and non-proprietary configuration software. An instrument-specific DTM enables easy integration into a corresponding Distributed Control Systems.</p>

A high accuracy of 0.5 %, freely configurable output signals (PNP/NPN, 4 &#8230; 20 mA/0 &#8230; 10 V), the 5:1 scalability of the analogue output, in addition to outstanding self-diagnostics, make the PSD-4 an excellent automation solution.</p>
<p><strong>Customised installation</strong><br />
The installation of the PSD-4 can be flexibly adapted to the individual mounting situation. Due to the almost unlimited rotation of the digital display and case by more than 300°, the digital display can be adjusted independently of the electrical connection. The digital display can thus always be aligned to face the operator, and the M12 x 1 connection positioned to suit the desired cable routing.</p>

<p><strong>High quality</strong><br />
During development of the WIKA switch family a high value was placed on a robust design and the selection of appropriate materials suited to machine-building applications. For this reason the case and the threaded connection of the electrical connector are made from stainless steel. Overwinding or tearing off the connector is therefore virtually impossible.</p>

With the optional output signal in accordance with the IO-Link communication standard, the PSD-4 <strong>electronic pressure switch</strong> allows a fast integration into modern automation systems. <p align="LEFT">All wetted parts are from stainless steel as a standard. The switch enclosure is available in aluminium alloy or stainless steel. To adjust the set point simply open the access cover plate. This access can be sealed as an option. The access to the terminal block for the electrical connection is protected by a screw-on lid, which is secured with a screw-type lock against unauthorised intervention.</p>

<p align="LEFT">The <strong>mechanical pressure switches</strong> are fitted with one micro switch, which enables the switching of an electrical load of up to AC 250 V, 15 A directly. For lower switching power ratings, such as for PLC applications, argon gas-filled micro switches with gold-plated contacts can be selected as an option. For two separate circuits the switches are also available in the version DPDT (double pole double throw).</p>
<p align="LEFT">By using a diaphragm with antagonist spring as measuring element, the model PCA <strong>mechanical pressure switch</strong> is extremely robust and guarantees optimal operating characteristics. For medium and high setting ranges starting at 3 … 25 bar, a piston replaces or completes the diaphragm as a sensor element. The piston sensor element is designed for the specific requirements of liquid media.</p>

<p><strong>Fast error detection through colour feedback</strong><br />
With the model PSD-4-ECO pressure switch, it is very easy to determine if the system is operating within the desired pressure range. The instrument can be parameterised such that the digital display lights up green when the value is within the defined pressure range and red if not. In this way, problems can be identified early.</p>
<p><strong>Optimised for tight mounting spaces</strong><br />
With a diameter of 29 mm, the model PSD-4-ECO is very slim. Through the arrangement of the electrical output, it can be installed so that it uses little space. The display head can be rotated through 335° and the display tilted electronically through 180°, so that the pressure display is always aligned<br />
towards the user.</p>

The pressure switch is specially adapted to the requirements of OEM series production. For example, units of 25 pieces reduce the packaging material and make handling easier.<br />

<p><strong>Designed for harsh ambient conditions</strong><br />
Tough: The model PSD-4-ECO pressure switch is designed for medium temperatures from -40 &#8230; +125 °C. In addition, it withstands mechanical shocks up to 50 g and high electrical loads. This makes it a highly economical and reliable solution.</p>
