The dynamic pressure of the gas changes as it is continuously mediated between the various sections of the probe, creating an axial motion towards the electronics. Finally, the gas goes out through a special opening and goes back to the mainstream.</p>

<p>The <strong>turbine flowmeter Tecnova ht</strong> can operate at very high temperatures and pressures. It is intended for applications involving liquid, gaseous and cryogenic materials (never steam).</p>
<p>The flowmeters do not require maintenance and can be made of different materials, such as Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel, Duplex, Hastelloy.</p>
<p>The <strong>turbine flowmeter Tecnova ht</strong> brings many advantages and guarantees a refined mechanics and high precision with an immediate response time.</p>
<p>The <strong>turbine flowmeter </strong>calculates the flow rate of the fluid in relation to its speed: thanks to the thrust of the fluid, the rotation speed is linear to the flow. The coil is equipped with a permanent magnet and, once the passage of the blade is detected, the pick-up sends a pulse. The volume of the poured fluid is indicated by the total of the pulses. <p>These <strong>flowmeters </strong>are provided with flanged connections splitting internally into two smaller tubes identical to one another and shaped like a V. Their resonance frequencies are induced in the opposite direction between them. At the passage of the fluid in the tubes, the input section of the V-shape starts vibrating at the same frequency of the output section, but with a time delta called mismatch. The magnitude of this mismatch is proportional to the mass flow through the tube, while the density of the liquid in question is given by the frequency of the complete system. It is also possible to obtain the volumetric measurement by dividing the mass flow for the density.</p>
<p>The <strong>meters of the AQ-Rate 300 series</strong> are equipped with integrated totaliser transmitter, replaceable by remote electronics for applications in harsh environments, high temperatures or strong vibrations.</p>

<p>Equipped with an LCD color screen, the <strong>portable ultrasonic flowmeter Portaflow-C</strong> is very simple to configure and use. It also allows you to store a very high amount of information (about 2 years of measurements), by saving it on a SD card. An algorithm can also calculate the amount of energy stored and released from the liquid during cooling and heating operations.</p>

The V-Cone is especially useful in tight-fit and retrofit installations.</p>
<p>The <strong>V-Cone<img src="https://s.w.org/images/core/emoji/14.0.0/72x72/2122.png" alt="™" class="wp-smiley" style="height: 1em; max-height: 1em;" /></strong> is composed of a metal cone and a socket piece which is welded or flanged &#8211; DIN or ANSI, Weld Neck, Slip-On or wafer &#8211; to the process piping. The cone reduces the cross sectional flow area of the fluid, by subjecting it to a huge increase in speed due to the progressive narrowing of the toroidal section. The increase in speed causes a pressure drop which is detected by a hole located in the rear part of the cone. The difference between the two pressures, upstream and downstream of the cone, is returned via tubing to the classical manifold configuration &amp; differential pressure transmitter.</p>
<p>The <strong>V-Cone<img src="https://s.w.org/images/core/emoji/14.0.0/72x72/2122.png" alt="™" class="wp-smiley" style="height: 1em; max-height: 1em;" /></strong> is suitable for measurement of liquids, gases and steam (both saturated or overheated) and is especially recommended for applications involving fluids with particles or bubbles, vapor with drops of condensate, gas with particulates, wet biogas. The non-congruent phase slips between the cone and the piping without affecting the measure and thus ensuring maximum efficiency.</p>
<p>The<strong> V-Cone<img src="https://s.w.org/images/core/emoji/14.0.0/72x72/2122.png" alt="™" class="wp-smiley" style="height: 1em; max-height: 1em;" /></strong> guarantees an accuracy from 0.5% to 1% in reading, ensured by the certified calibration with water, air or natural gas and is able to handle different process conditions thanks to the Turn Down. Furthermore, using the V-Cone <img src="https://s.w.org/images/core/emoji/14.0.0/72x72/2122.png" alt="™" class="wp-smiley" style="height: 1em; max-height: 1em;" /> allows you to considerably reduce the loss of Permanent Headloss Load, keeping it lower than any flange or venturi.</p>

<p>The <strong> Nuflo<img src="https://s.w.org/images/core/emoji/14.0.0/72x72/2122.png" alt="™" class="wp-smiley" style="height: 1em; max-height: 1em;" /> Cameron Gas Turbine flowmeters </strong>are<strong> </strong>ideal for applications involving Fuel Gas, Production Gas, Vent Gas, Flare Gas, etc.. They are able to handle any unexpected spikes in case of overrange up to twice the flow, without any damage to the meter.</p>
<p>Moreover, thanks to the cartridge design, the service is extremely simple, as the turbine is inserted between the two flanges of the process piping. The body is made of SS 316, while the rotor is instead made of SS 455, a high reliability material.</p>
<p>In addition, the digital pulse output generated by the gas turbine flow meter can be fed to companion readout devices capable of providing direct measurement of flow rate and accumulated throughput. These measurements can be automatically pressure- and/or temperature-compensated to obtain volumetric measurements in standard units.</p>
