										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>The <strong>multistage centrifugal pumps of the TMA series</strong> pumps are pumps that employ a closed type impeller design. The impellers are in series so that the head increases as the liquid being pumped is transferred from each impeller.</p>
<p>On the <strong>multistage centrifugal pumps of the TMA series</strong>, the axial thrusts are balanced by balancing blades on the back of the impeller. The remaining thrust forces are absorbed by the heavy duty single ball bearing at the non-drive end and angular bearings at the drive end.</p>
<p>For pump designs that have two external bearings, a pressure pipe is provided to relieve pressures in the seal area from the discharge side of the pump to the suction side.</p>
<p>The <strong>TMA pump</strong> design uses the latest foundry technologies. This allows for one piece components which effectively increases pump efficiencies, at the same time, reducing the weight of the pump without sacrifing the overall strenght and durability. For the smaller TMA 31 &amp; 32 series a close coupled design is available where space is limited. This design also eliminates any concerns for misalignment, which will enhance the pump’s performance and extend the overall life of the pump.</p>
<p><strong>TYPICAL SHAFT SEAL PLANS</strong></p>
<p>The<strong> TMA pump series</strong> can be fitted with any type of mechanical seal that is unified to the ISO 3069/UNI EN 12756 standards. Single mechanical seals, double mechanical seals in tandem or back to back arrangements can be fitted. The pump bearing frame offers versatility and plenty of space to also allow fitting special types of mechanical seals that may not have unified dimensions or, for pumps series TMA 40 and 50 only, cartridge type seals.</p>

<p><strong>CONSTRUCTION</strong></p>
<p>The <strong>self-priming pumps series TBH and TBA</strong> utilize the lateral channel principle. The open “star” type impeller is hydraulically balanced and enclosed between the suction and discharge port plates to form the pumping stage. Stages are mounted in series to give proportional higher discharge pressures with constant capacities. The magnetic drive pumps series TBK and TBAK derive from the series TBH and TBA. They are suitable to handle hazardous, toxics, odorous or polluting liquids and other applications where zero liquid leakage is desired.</p>

<p><strong>CONSTRUCTION</strong></p>
<p>The <strong>self-priming pumps series TBH and TBA</strong> utilize the lateral channel principle. The open “star” type impeller is hydraulically balanced and enclosed between the suction and discharge port plates to form the pumping stage. Stages are mounted in series to give proportional higher discharge pressures with constant capacities. The magnetic drive pumps series TBK and TBAK derive from the series TBH and TBA. They are suitable to handle hazardous, toxics, odorous or polluting liquids and other applications where zero liquid leakage is desired.</p>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>The <strong>monobloc single stage centrifugal pumps of the TCHM and TCTM series</strong> are the result of the perfect union between the reliability and robustness of pumps dedicated to the chemical industry, built according to<strong> ISO 2858 and 5199</strong>, with the economy and convenience of the pumps built in monobloc version.</p>
<p>The <strong>monobloc single stage centrifugal pumps of the TCHM and TCTM series</strong> can cover a wider range of duties and applications than ordinary monoblock pumps and those pumps which are stamped out of sheet metal.</p>
<p>For the <strong>monobloc single stage centrifugal pumps of the TCHM and TCTM series</strong> Impellers are sized to meet the specific working point. NPSH requirements are extremely low and hydraulic efficiency is high. Customisation is possible at the standard price.</p>
<p>Available in Ductile iron, 316 stainless steel, Hastelloy C and Alloy 20 for resistance to wear and corrosion. Performance is therefore assured for a long life.</p>
<p>Shrouded and vortex type impellers are available to handle either clean or contaminated liquid. This widens the application of these pumps. The casings, impellers and casing covers are the same as for type TCH and TCT. This <strong>reduces inventory costs</strong> and the provision of spare parts at reduced prices.</p>
<p>Standard <strong>explosion proof electric motors (ADPE)</strong>, beside the <strong>CVE</strong>, can be installed with great cost savings and availability. The motors are standard IEC form B5 machines allowing cost saving in purchase price and availability. The motors are directly coupled to the pump without the provision of flexible couplings. Perfect alignment is guaranteed, less maintenance cost and longer life.</p>
<p>The pump shaft is supported by an independent ball bearing. The radial and axial forces do not load the electric motor bearings. This arrangement affords greater reliability and durability since there is less wear on the rotating component.</p>
<p>The motor is mounted on a flanged motor stool in perfect alignment. The pumps can be purchased without electric motors.</p>
<p><strong>Mechanical seals are to ISO3069/UNI EN 12756</strong>. They are the same size as for the TCH and TCT pumps. There is unlimited choice of material and seal type, minimising the cost of stocking many different seal types. The casing has a sturdy foot which offers a better distribution of force leading to greater reliability and durability.</p>

The new design and the wide sizing of the bearing housings allows high reliability and minimum maintenance while the special design of hydraulic profiles for the impeller and the casing allows to reach high efficiencies and low NPSH in any application.</p>
<p>The <strong>Travaini monostage centrifugal pumps of the MCU-CH series</strong> are standardized according to ISO 2858/DIN 24256 standards and the manufacturing program includes three bearing frame sizes of the “<strong>Back pull-out</strong>” type; the pump casing is of the spiral type with axial suction flange; the impeller is of the radial type with overhang mounting. The whole Travaini production is guaranteed by certified quality system according to ISO 9001 standards.</p>
