The SandPiper pumps of the G series are Natural Gas Operated Pumps. These pumps are CSA* (Canadian Standards Association) certified to ANSI LC6 standard for operation using sweet or sour natural gas. The pumps are also compliant with NACE Standard MR0175/ISO15156. The gas pump utilizes Aluminum or 316 Stainless Steel wetted construction with Nitrile or FKM diaphragms and check valves. The gas valve is constructed of Aluminum with Nitrile or FKM (fluorocarbon) elastomers. Pumps are fully groundable, preventing static discharge.

The SandPiper pumps of the G series are equipped with everything needed for grounding, in order to prevent electrostatic discharge and are made using materials such as aluminum or stainless steel AISI 316, which make them also suitable for applications with corrosive fluids.

The SandPiper pumps of the G series are available in models from 1/2 “to 3” with maximum capacity of 889 l / m and a maximum bursting pressure of 34.5 bar.

The HDB Metallic Pumps SandPiper are ideal for thin to highly viscous and small solids-laden fluids, while providing excellent suction lift capability and exclusive variable porting options (side, top, bottom and dual). HDB pumps are thick wall constructed of Sand Casted Aluminum, Cast Iron, Stainless Steel or Alloy C with elastomer, TPE (thermal plastic elastomers) and PTFE options in diaphragms and check valves. HDB pumps are enhanced with an extended wear package.

The HDB Metallic Pumps SandPiper, ATEX certified, provide high priming capacity and offer different configuration possibilities. They are all equipped with anti-wear system and realized through the use of materials which guarantee a compact and robust design. The membranes and the ball valves are manufactured in Neoprene, Buna; Viton or PTFE.

The HDB Metallic Pumps SandPiper are available in models from 1 “to 4” with maximum flow rate of 984 l / m.

The submersible centrifugal pumps SandPiper SP / SMA are available in pneumatic versions:

mod. SMA3-A, 3″ with capacities up to 1140 l/min, head up to mt. 20;
mod. SPA 1″1/2-E with capacities up to 163 l/min, head up to mt. 7.6.

The SandPiper pumps HDF (Heavy Duty Flap) are recommended for abrasive slurries, suspended and non-suspended solids and line-size solids.

All SandPiper Heavy Duty Flap pumps are configured with bottom discharge porting to prevent settling solids from shortening pump life and provide superior suction lift.

The SandPiper pumps HDF are made of aluminum, cast iron, stainless steel and therefore have a solid and compact design. Swing check valves and membranes are made of Neoprene, Santoprene, Buna, EPDM, Viton and Hytrel.

All the SandPiper pumps HDF , ATEX certified, have an anti-wear system and are available in models from 1″ to 4″ with maximum capacity of 984 l/m.
