Statiflo Gas Dispersion Systems (GDS)\u00a0are custom engineered and built to meet customer specific\u00a0performance requirements. The main components are:<\/p>\n

Main line mixer\/contactor<\/em><\/p>\n

Sidestream equipment, including:<\/em>
\n– Pre-disperser static mixer
\n– Gas eductor (if gas is at low pressure)
\n– Centrifugal pump, operating at constant flow rate.
\n– Sample points, valves, instrumentation, interconnecting pipework and stand-by equipment, as required.<\/p>\n

The sidestream gas\/liquid\u00a0dispersing equipment\u00a0can be compactly side\u00a0mounted directly on\u00a0the contactor mixer or\u00a0alternatively floor\/skid\u00a0mounted.<\/p>\n

Typical applications for the\u00a0Statiflo GDS include\u00a0ozonation, aeration and carbonation.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
