The<\/span> unidirectional wafer\u2010design knife gate valves of the FK series<\/b> provide high flow rates with low pressure drop. The lower part of the body has two holes for cleaning. Various seal and packing materials are available.<\/span><\/p>\n

The<\/span> unidirectional wafer\u2010design knife gate valve of the FK series<\/b> is suitable for working with dry products like powder and grain. It is completely sealtight, meaning it is recommended for toxic and hazardous fluids. It is generally used for gravity discharge of dry solids. <\/span><\/p>\n

NOTE<\/b>: <\/b>This valve is usually mounted under a hopper, to prevent the accululation of any kind of solids on the seat. The valve has a special body design and it is assembled with the body arrow in the same direction as the fluid. The design of the FK valve seat is the same as for the A valve, but the pressures vary to those which the FK valves work at.<\/span><\/p>\n
