The DeVilbiss PRO Lite E<\/strong> is an\u00a0enhanced version of the PRO lite exclusively designed for heavy duty spray finishing and surface
\ncoating applications in the\u00a0ceramic and vitreous enamel market.<\/p>\n

The combination of highly abrasive coatings plus high fluid\u00a0flow rates present particularly\u00a0difficult conditions for application\u00a0equipment, and the DeVilbiss PRO Lite E<\/strong> has been designed\u00a0for continuous and reliable\u00a0performance in this environment.<\/p>\n

The standard gun body forging is\u00a0first coated with our specially\u00a0developed QuickcleanTM coating\u00a0to reduce cleaning time and
\nimprove durability even more.\u00a0Then the coated gun body is\u00a0machined and fitted with a fluid\u00a0passageway liner so that the fluid
\nonly ever touches stainless steel\u00a0taking away any concerns\u00a0regarding corrosion or fluid\u00a0incompatibility.<\/p>\n

Finally the gun is fitted with a\u00a0special abrasion resistant needle\u00a0packing to withstand the\u00a0aggressive action of ceramic\u00a0coating on the sliding needle\u00a0shaft.<\/p>\n
